The product I purchased came well recommended by someone who had recently had need to make a claim which was handled very swiftly and with great dignity for the claimant.
I was particularly pleased with my contact Caitlin for her straight forward no nonsense explanations of all my queries. As well as the speed and ease of the transaction. She was knowledgable and did not need to put me on hold while she checked for information (I have had this happen many times with other insurers!!) Her telephone manner was very pleasant and efficient.

I made an online enquiry - I sent the request and my phone rang - it was that simple. The customer service operator (Michelle) was helpful and professional. Gave me all the information I requested without being pushy.

Because i'm from New Zealand, and 99% of my family live in NZ it was best for me to have this policy just incase anything happens they don't have to be stuck for cash to cover getting me back to NZ let alone all other expenses for a funeral.
Excellent service, awesome to understand everything to do with the policy. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Very friendly staff to deal with, they don't put to much preasure on you to buy into anyone of there policies. Love the whole purpose of my policy. Thanks real insurance.
