After discussion re Funeral Cover we have decided not to proceed with being a customer of Real Insurance. This does not mean that we have some aversion to dealing with Real Insurance. I felt pressured to take out this Funeral Insurance and when i tried to cancel it, was given the run around (they wanted a signed letter of cancellation when they'd never had a signed document from me prior) and then they STILL deducted the intalment from my account!!
