Average: there are other companies who offer a better competitive rate.
You claim to have a cooling-off period but when I decided not to go ahead I had to be bombarded by another agent who tried to go through all the details again(no respect for my decision), then told me I can only cancel policy in writing: very poor and deceiving tactics: unethical and unprofessional. because of this I will never again respond to offers from Real Insurance.

This is what I needed in 2010, now more information was given and have a better product and is actually sustainable long term.
The operator Maryanne was very helpful and helped me adjust my policy requirements to make it sustainable in the long term and managed to keep me as a customer because I was ready to go to another company. Good service.
