The customer service was amazing, I didn't know much about what I was going into and I felt really comfortable talking it through and well informed by the end of the chat. I would highly recommend this service based on my experience, the girl I talked to made it so comfortable for me and I am normally a little hesitant to have phone conversations with people especially where money is involved in the conversation. I did not feel pressured into paying for anything I didn't want, so Thankyou!

Great customer service. Very easy and quick to buy. The policy was explained very well over the phone. I was initially called to buy life insurance but because I am single and have no dependant, it was explained to me that I would benefit more from income protection or bill cover. Both insurances were explained to me and I chose the bill cover based on my needs.
