The sales person was really good it was only when I rang back to cancel it I was very disapppinted to start with they switched me over to that department, was hold for a little while then they said they will call me back 5- 10 mins 40 mins later I had to call them again then got a very rude lady who wouldn’t take no as a answer. I was going to wait a couple of months and purchase the income protection but not now lost me as a customer
