You guys need to understand im at work at the time of the call ( which i mentioned twice) the entire call went for over an hour, which the main idea is how you can save me money , i havent even veiwed the policy yet and i am already down $ 90.00 plus gst for my time

Great customer service. Very easy and quick to buy. The policy was explained very well over the phone. I was initially called to buy life insurance but because I am single and have no dependant, it was explained to me that I would benefit more from income protection or bill cover. Both insurances were explained to me and I chose the bill cover based on my needs.

The service i received was poor and misguiding the information i received was incorrect regarding the quote I received. I was informed I had a number of days to read over paperwork and if unhappy could contact real insurace and cancel policy over phone this info given by salesman was also untrue. I will be cancelling my cover with Real Insurance and want full refund of the amount taken from my account that i did not agree to (even though you think your trick questions say i did agree)

We called for a quote, were told if we didn't want to proceed you just have to call and advise, my dad has spent 1 week trying to cancel and now was told he has to sign paper work and fax it it to do so, we do not have a fax, real insurance have just made unnecessary work for us, i have 2 friends and have advised them not to bother even getting a quote its to much work, not mention the best price was not provided right away as when my dad spoke to them advising he will not be using the policy they tried to provide a better price at that point!
