I think its high pressure sales. This is how it came cross. Also why do i keep dealing with foreigners especially indian, its hard to understand the English slur, and i am not racist on any level.

The sales person was friendly but too pushy. What should have been an easy information gathering process became having our hand forced to enter policy we had no idea we had entered into.
