At this stage, we are in the "cooling Off" period of 30 days, but I am happy with the information/features applied for with my Life Insurance. My husband is to be contacted by Kaveet (appointment made) for his application to be processed. The coverage appears to be what we are looking for - cost effective at this stage.
Phone enquiry: spoke with Kaveet and he was extremely helpful, polite and gave every query I had the relevant explanation, with detailed information and good humour combined. Very happy with his service and manner.

I really like the option that if you are terminally ill you can get your cover paid out to cover the medical expenses and if you survive you can keep it to keep the rest of your life on track or put it away for the future funeral as you can not get re-ensured if you are a survivor. With so many people having cancer, it is a safe feeling you don't have let your family suffer financially as well. I feel sort of safe now that I have handled any hick ups the future holds for my family.
I loved the way the employer, customer service representative, handled my application. He was clear and took his time and was very friendly and efficient. I also appreciated his call back after I was approved. A real good experience
