Riccardo (Ricky) was very clear, precise and patient aswell as knowledgeable. At 9am in the morning on the train long calls can be quite tedious but he was very accommodating. I was so glad to hear that he would be the one to contact my husband to arrange his life insurance as I know he will get great service. Nice job Ricky!
