Although policy seems good, just from the experience I will be cancelling policy. Don't like pushy people!!!
I didn't choose Real Insurance. Real Insurance constantly called my mobile each day until I answered. Operator was pushy and didn't take no for an answer. Only wanted comparison but was forced to have a quote done. Then had to give bank details just to keep the quote valid. Was transferred from one operator to another and while on hold the first operator keep talking over music so I wouldn't hang up. Not happy at all!!

Great rep who knew what I was looking for and answered all question so well. She went on to recommend that I should include the kids. She wasn't pushing the product but told me why its good and what do I think so I felt I was the one making the decision.
