Standard in comparison to same products with other companies.
The phone representative had great customer service skills, establishing a good rapport throughout the call. However, the number of attempts to contact me during the day to complete my enquiry. seemed rather excessive - a maximum number of attempts should be established per day eg:; 3-4 others try the next day.

Too expensive compared to other companies
Too pushy, have to actually sign up to even get a quote. Took three times as long to get the quote as other insurance companies and twice the price.
