I'm sure I'd give it five stars if this question was given to me twelve months down the track, but for now - the product is well-priced, seems to cover a lot and the addition of a child is a nice consideration - despite us never wanting to have it be necessary.
Charlie was excellent. Thorough, helpful and explained clearly everything he said. He was also able to clarify where necessary. Your script is well-developed despite a lot of technical wording, and Charlie was able to convey the message very well!

I’m quite pleased with the cover I was able to get, beside myself being young. I was supplied with a very good deal for the cover I chose.
The gentleman I spoke to, was the kindest gentleman I’ve ever spoken to over the phone. Within telling me all my options,he made the call very pleasent to be on. Was an absolute bliss to talk to. Service was the best I’ve experienced though a company that calls.

Staff member Andrew was excellent. Very informative gave us a lot of information. Extremely upset that I gene I had would now allow me to take out a policy. My mother has the same gene and is 91 - I have taken precautions to remove the risk I disclosed this and was penalised. So disappointed with Real Insurance and their lack of compassion or understanding. Will NEVER deal with REAL again and will certainly pass my concerns onto my family and friends.
