The guy I spoke to was lovely and helpful. Just annoyed when I requested a call back for my partner to get a quote that night & it didn’t happen. Then the following day I had 6 missed calls (no voice message left). I’m sorry but you called me during work how’s and I wasn’t available to answer but comeon 6 times is a little excessive! Common sense should have told you to call me back around the same time I called the night before to successfully get me!

My consultant explained in laymans terms so to speak, did not become overbearing.
Ricardo was efficient, not pushy or overbearing and was knowledgable in the product offered (life insurance). Higly recommend my consultant.
