Broad coverage for the price
The call centre was closed both times I tried to call (even during business hours in GMT+8 WA). There was no online chat.

As above customer service very poor
We had to cancel the policy and the operator said our money would be refunded and he would organise that only to find out 2 days later that it was not done, so we are still waiting for a refund of over $550. Quick to take our money, but cannot refund in a timely manner. Call centre in South Africa why not in our own country.. Been over a week and still waiting for refund
