It was far too expensive for me (I am a pensioner)
Although the sales person was polite and friendly, it was difficult to cancel the policy, even though I was told that I had a cooling-off period.

The dramatic price rise and having to spend hours on the phone I just don't have atm. Sad thing is there is no reward for loyalty anymore
Unfortunately after my insurance went up astronomically I had to call up and ask about why etc. When speaking with Anna (I think now) first she was amazing letting me know that the insurance that had gone up dramatically wasn't even correct (my words not hers) I appreciated her time to put everything in place correctly for me.
