Blatant profiteering from customers

After my experience I will go elsewhere and advise other people to do the same. Any company that thinks it is perfectly fine to have the monies for 2 complete policies whilst one is cancelled doesn’t deserve to have anyone’s business.
They can improve by promptly refunding monies that can be done anywhere immediately but currently I have been out of pocket for nearly a month. Considering they had the details to debit a new policy immediately but could not use that same card to refund is disgusting and then after I chased it up they told me it had been processed but the card was expired and they need a new expiry which they had and it would take another 10 working days on top of what I had already waited. At no time did they contact me to explain the problem.

We are happy with the product - just not the fact we couldnt increase our previous policies.
We are already Real Customers, having purchased funeral insurance 3 years ago. It is disappointing to find whilst we wanted to increase our level of policy amounts, we were unable to do this and instead had to take out an additional policy to do this. This is not impressive.

I wasn't even thinking about getting Funeral Insurance at this time, the agent convinced me otherwise. Not only is Real Insurance have great, inexpensive, value for money products, the service I received from Mirna was fantastic, she was friendly, sincere & very considerate of my current situation. Top service!!! :)
