Premium affordable on amount insured
I rang to get Funeral insurance out for my dad and within a short period after completing the online quote form I received a call and got the insurance for my dad done in very little time.

I have cancelled this policy and im already fetting hassled by you which makes me suspicious that its not infact cancelled. Call me if it isnt. No money is to come out of my account against my will or authorized after speaking to the service department last night in order for me to catch this policy.
I think its high pressure sales. This is how it came cross. Also why do i keep dealing with foreigners especially indian, its hard to understand the English slur, and i am not racist on any level.

“buy before you look” is not cool.

I’m sure it’s a great product, but I prefer to not get tricked into buying before I can get the actual price. I know there is a cooling period of 30 days, but that is just to make it more difficult to cancel. I sent an email to cancel, and I’m “waiting” for my call from customer service where they will probably try to convince me otherwise. Again, I don’t like to be tricked or bullied.
It would be amazing to not get tricked into buying the insurance to be able to get a quote. This is one of the big reasons why I have cancelled the insurance.
