I rated real insurance one start because, for one I could not understand some of the call staff and when I ask for them to repeat they was rude and offensive, generally a bad experience with this company and I was only with them for a week and I had to cancel the policy because they was just to hard to deal with.

while price was competitive, service was non-existent.
You are thieves. Particularly during these trying times. I swap (sell) a car for another, but you still charge for both (despite the fact that I do not even own or have access to the vehicle I have to continue paying for it). how is this even justified. Currently looking to move to another supplier (includes House / contents and 2 cars)

service was not a service it took 6 calls to try and change the kilometres I would drive and a new policy had to be written .I was told that the old policy could not be opened and had to be referred to another department . this department finally sorted things out the policy was sent to me with errors ,these could not be sorted hence a new policy having to be drawn up , I have 2 car 1 house and content policy so was not happy with the service it was not all the fault of persons who took my calls,

Liz was efficient and thought of things I overlooked. She was a great help and made the transaction easy.
I had a total loss claim. It was a traumatic experience especially when your child is on the front seat with you but the claims team as well as the chosen assessor were empathetic and understanding. It was resolved quickly as I provided all the relevant documents requested. Couldn't ask for better staff to attend to my claim. I am grateful that they treated me like I matter and it wasn't just a job they are doing.

Very reasonable prices for cover.
Called yesterday - Person on the phone was very hard to understand, accent was difficult. I called to find out why I had been sent an email to say payment was rejected. She said it was not due yet. (Today actually)
