It’s a very good product but shop around to ensure you receive the best price. Don’t rely on the renewal policy pricing
The pricing of the premium is excellent. Shame my renewal premium was more expensive due to the loyalty tax. I was on hold for 3 hours and 17 minutes because the IVR does not work properly

Real Insurance is the best price for car insurance. I just wish renewal policies reflected the same low price as obtaining a new one. This would save time and ensure I just renew rather than price check Real and other insurance companies as I don't trust they are giving the best price on a renewal notice.
The customer service person was very accommodating and helpful. She was efficient and had our requested sorted quickly. It is just a shame that Real (like other insurance companies) sends out renewal policies much more expensive than obtaining a new one and that is not just the 10% online discount. Makes no sense?

Yes please- but I just spent 45 minutes talking to one of your staff and really got nowhere!
Disappointed that the monthly premium is higher than what I could get elsewhere. You have quoted me $103 a month and to meet my budget I have had to restrict my annual kms to 12000 kms. My budget target was $97 per month with 15000km maximum per year. My partner has said that if you cannot meet my target budget, she wants me to look elswhere. Her car insurance and our contents insurance are also with Real.

Waited on phone for over 1 hour and no one to speak to. Phoned back and got through to speak to someone in reasonable time.
