Very disappointing tried twice to do quote online,when mentioning this to real they were not to worried.I had trouble understanding my quote person and I had to tell him which drop box to use, not to mention how long it took to do a simple quote,with trying twice to do online quote and using a quote person it took over an hour not good enough Real.

Have other policies so happy with them
Call centre sounded like they had just woken up. Even when spelling my surname the couldn’t find me. Noisy in the background. She then spoke to another colleague about me without placing me on hold. Had to ask again if they had just got out of bed. Asked to be transferred to someone in Australia.

The purchase process was horrible as described in the customer experience. I cannot offer feedback on the quality of the purchased product yet as I have not had to use my policy yet (and hopefully never need to).
I had to call up 3 separate times to the call center as I was not ready to purchase on the initial call, however each time I called they could not find the additional driver I asked to add onto the policy. They had to repeat this process over and over. Also, I received a quote with a link to buy it later, but the link took me to the website to start all over again and answer all questions again. I already had a firm quote with a premium provided. Why on earth would I need to start from scratch again on the website and fill out everything again. Keep in mind this all happened within about 2 hours so it is not like I left it for days and therefore they needed to quote again. So I called them back and guess what, they had to ask all the same questions again and repeat the entire script again. All the duty of disclosure etc again and again. The last call was just to add the current speedometer reading to be able to then buy now, but I had to answer all other questions again and once again add the additional driver. The operators were nice on the phone, but what a mess with the system.

I have already purchased this before so much was happy.
In the past I have had great customer service. This time I experience terrible customer service! The lady I spoke to had very poor knowledge was not engaging had to read her lines more than once and had a very think accent which was hard to understand!!

Where are my policy documents?

I still DO NOT have my Policy Documents.
I ticked the box to recieve my Policy Documents in paper form mailed to me and after a month I still Have NOT recieved them.

Terrible. Agent kept me on the phone and asked details if when I would be free for a call backs. I gave these. I then received calls at completely different times which I could not answer. Nobody called at the time agreed.

A lot of time wasted
Recently attempted to change my address on two policies while renewing one of them. After about 30 Minutes I am now utterly confused as to where I stand. Probably my fault because I don’t speak Indian
