My car is over 10 years old and most companies will only insure for market value or they charge you a big price on a policy with agreed value. Real insuranceI was able to insure my car for an agreed value without the huge cost.
Good customer service. There was one annoying thing, I had to wait in a queue on the phone, a quicker response time would have been nice.

Be upfront with excess options

Big difference from initial quote to the final rate but took a lot of questions on my part. You nearly lost a customer
The operator had a thick accent and we both struggled to understand each other. He didn't go over the excess options. When I asked whhy the rate was so much more than previous years he said it was because of my new (second hand) car. After accepting I then remembered I could change the excess and had to go through the process again to get a better rate. Happy now, but he should have been more upfront with options.

Great value for the money I'm paying, just wished they would have considered 6 month payments as I was willing to pay, but other than that happy with the result.
Waiting time was minimal, liked how it was straight to the point without the usual fancy sales talk. Was glad I was actually talking to someone locally in Australia rather than someone overseas (which is becoming rare these days). Online application was easy and straight-forward, and felt valued as a customer when the competitors basically ignored me.

Too much noise in background whilst talking to your rep. Also accent very broad and hard to understand at times.
