My car was ridden off during the latest hail storm I had to go to the hail assessment centre,they were very professional and caring,I had my hire car bought to my front door and my claim was paid out in the timespan real told me it would be. The whole process was made as easy for me as possible.I have already insured my new car with real and will continue to do so in the future,keep up the good work.D.Jones
