Need to cancel the existing policy from pay as you drive to a standard insurance and do it OL someone rang about the OL and processed it. Better experience with the local centre but the process did take a long time
Call to the call centre on Monday was frustrating as asked if someone within Australia could call us back and he said someone would call us but waited and never happened.

They saved us a considerable amount on what we were paying to one of the larger insurer's for the same cover ! Got to love that !!!
We were told about real insurance by friends and found them fantastic and very efficient and offered a great deal !

Read the first review, very disappointing
I was extremely disappointed that no one was able to assist me on a public holiday when i was picking up my car from the dealership. I was told by David all I need to do was state my name and my quote would be available for anyone at REAL to view and action my policy as promised, I was also charged an extra $30+ as I did not receive the online discount. Extremely disappointing

I have had 2 Total Loss claims with Real Insurance, and there has never been a problem when a payout was issued. Good service on the phone, and with my experience there hasn't been much of a wait time

As per previous question -
We moved interstate so we had to have a new policy. in doing so we lost approx 1200klm we had as a credit carry over. I also asked for the policy to be the same as what we had only to find out when policy was received the insured amount was $600 less. Just so you know I havent had time at the moment to review and look at other insurers. Their is a very good chance when I have I will be cancelling this policy. I was looking at insuring our other car with Real Insurance when the current policy finished but I am in second thoughts now.
