The premiums should have been lower.
Waited on phone for half an hour before talking to someone. Wanted to know why my insurance had gone up so much since last year as I drove fewer kilometres and insured sum gone down. In the end you cancelled my old Policy and gave me a new Policy to replace it to give me a better deal when it should have been automatically done as I did not have any claims.

The CSR did nt care. Online App gave me a better price.
Poor. They have less staff so I had to wait for over 15 min to speak to a person. The respondent did not care least about retaining my 5-6 years loyal insurance business when I had a cheaper quote. He told me that there is no retention team any more and he did not bother if I took my business elsewhere.

My new policy is fine as was my old one. The product is fine it’s the service that lets them down
Terrible could never get through on the phone just a constant message about recent storms creating a queue. Never had any progress for months on my claim for no reason at all as I paid the excess when I lodged it and admitted fault. Finally corresponded via email and was told refund would be in my bank account in five days it never turned up had to chase it up again and finally weeks later I get it! I work in customer service and have done so for 14 years and this was appalling customer service on behalf of real insurance.
