Though the insurance premium is very competitive when compared to others, I feel the excesses are a bit high, particularly when they are in addition to the basic excess

I have changed over recently and have done this due to the service i received with dealing with my fathers funeral insurance.
My father had funeral insurance and when he passed away ,Real Insurance made this an easier time for me as the process was very fast and courteous.I was shown great service and surprised at how professional this company was with dealing with people."A real human touch!".I have and would highly recommend Real Insurance to my family and friends.I have since changed my house and car insurance over to Real because of the professional attitude i have received.Thank you
