The service provided to me by Lilly regarding a funeral plan for my brother Bruce Challis was outstanding, It was a pleasure talking with Lilly she was very professional & explained every detail to myself & my brother, Lilly called both myself & my brother to ensure authorisation was given to both parties for this new policy. Lilly took her time to inform us of all the terms & conditions. I do strongly think that Lilly is a asset to the company & I cant thank her enough for her outstanding customer service.

This is a great deal. I am very happy with my insurance and very relieved to know my children will not have to worry about anything.
The lady I dealt with was genuinely friendly and very professional. She knew what she was talking about and was very passionate. Really a wonderful ambassador for her job.
