Wanted to cancel policy and customer service officer kept trying to talk me out of it, very annoying kept me on the phone for ages. Was told I would get confirmation off cancellation and never did. Not happy with service.

Very affordable cover for He whole family
I thought the service was great .i asked for a quote and within minutes I had someone call to help . And they did all they can to help make this insurance affordable for me , I asked for a copy off what we discussed before locking it in and that was no issue I did not at any point feel pressured into looking anything in until I was ready

Because i had more than everything explained to me which helped me greatly and led me to choose this policy for now and looking to maybe change some things in the near future.
Sure, from the beginning when i answered the call i was made to feel welcome by one of your friendly staff members who happily explained everything from start to finish and made the whole thought process about insurance easy and effortless which is why as you would have noticed i am now a satisfied real customer.
