The Tele-Operator was professional in his approach and gave me a wealth of information. Although read a little fast, he at least explained things more slowly when I asked questions. He was polite and spoke in a clear and concise manner which I appreciated after having to deal with foreign Tele-marketers and Internet enquiry personal.
