Its what I expected.
Immediately after accepting the cover I discovered that circumstances had changed so I asked for the policy to be cancelled. A few days later after a return e-mail advising that this request had been received I had a call from a person wasting my time purporting to need to stick to procedure and boring me with information that I already knew when I was busy. Clearly a ploy to save the sale but it backfired not only as I had good reason for cancelling but with this ploy I got my back up and will never deal with Real again. I live in a retirement village and will be letting my neighbours know of my experience with Real Insurance.

Excellent Customer Service the Consultant listened to my questions and was very helpful .I have been with Real Insurance for about 20 years and have always found the staff so Kind and they take the time to explain things and being a Pensioner I am so grateful for that.
The experience was great and my follow up call was they rang when they said and took the time to make sure I had no other questions great Customer Service .
