Very thorough with explanation of what's included. Good benefits with the Funeral Insurance. May be slightly more expensive but better pay outs. Lets see when it comes to the crunch.

Yhe cusyomet service wa vety good. I changef my commencement faye snd smount of covet srbetsl tomes × they werr veru undertanding that I also got 10% refund in the 1st year eith real on premiums paid. and they also increased my gift voucher to $100 instead of $75, to keep me from changing my Funeral Insurance to Australian Seniors Insurance. In summary they explained all the extra benefits I would have with them compared with other Funeral Insurance Companies.

Courteous and efficient and patient. I like the free will kit as I need to get things in order.
The consultant ( Chontaye ? ) was courteous and patient, I did not feel pressured to commit to any particular policy. She answered all my questions satisfactorily. She had a very good knowledge of terms and conditions, ( which I had previously read having d/l the PDF )
