The policy is value for money.
The service is good,the one thing that I do not like is that when a child reaches 21 and a new policy is required if it is updated on the 21st birthday the person is automatically removed it should happen the day after the birthday and a text message reminder should be sent

Polite and knowledgeable of coverage of what I wanted.
Felt that I had a person that knew what I needed and was thankful for this. As previous experience with another insurer had really turned me off insurance salespeople. I think the person's name was Max and he was very helpful with all questions I asked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Real Insurance to anyone.
