I have been seeing the ads on TV for Funeral Insurance, for several years now... As I'm fast approaching 60 years of age, Funeral Insurance has started to look more and more appealing to me. I liked what I saw in your ads, and I really liked what I learned, while talking to your 'Aussie Salesman.' My kids will probably heave a huge sigh of relief, when I tell them that I actually taken out Funeral Insurance !!
I would recommend my Real Insurance Salesman to any of my friends or family. It was excellent to speak with an Australian, especially about something which I had no prior experience dealing with !! He made the whole experience a pleasant one. His product knowledge was 1st class, and he answered the few questions I had clearly and succinctly. Something which is sorely lacking in a lot of Telephone Salespeople nowadays. I rarely, (if at all), had to ask him to repeat himself.

Phone kept dropping out.

After my Mum passed away a couple of months ago and having to find the money, I wasn't going to leave anyone else with that burden.
The phone kept dropping in and out so sometimes I couldn't quite hear what the lady on the end was saying One Hundred Percent but enough I could follow what she was saying. I think it has to do with the NBN. Other than that everything else was fantastic, the lady couldn't be more helpful.

I had already researched funeral insurance (from "Real" and its competitors). I selected "Real" because of their premiums, incentives and reputation. Unfortunately I had to listen to a long-winded, and often tedious, repeat of things I already l knew. Maybe "Real" could consider a cut-down version of their operators "spiel" for those of us that had already carefully researched BEFORE contacting "Real".

The product seems to have all that suits my needs.
The agent I spoke to was courteous and spoke english clearly. He could explain all aspects of the policy with no language difficulties. The explanations were clear and the process was easy.
