Was so easy to talk to customer service operator (Sophie) got exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay.
The whole process was handled efficiently, friendly I received all the information I wanted and the lady i spoke to (Sophie) was excellent at tailoring a policy to suit my budget. She was so personable and friendly overall a very good experience

I received a phone call within 5 minutes of sending an email. Everything was explained to me over the phone, I signed up and all the relevant paper work was posted to me.

Yes, if a Customer calls to ask for a Beneficiary firm to be emailed to him, and asks several times to two representatives, and gets an additional insurance cover in the provess, send him the form he asked for (he still has t received it!!
