I have received the paperwork today and after reading the Policy Schedule I believe I have chosen the correct insurance cover for my needs.
The lass I spoke to was very patient and polite, and she explained everything about the funeral insurance to me in terms that I could easily understand.

The main reason I chose real Home and Contents insurance was because it also included a Funeral Expenses element in the cover, which I didn't find with any other company. This was important to us because we are seniors.

Excellent Customer Service the Consultant listened to my questions and was very helpful .I have been with Real Insurance for about 20 years and have always found the staff so Kind and they take the time to explain things and being a Pensioner I am so grateful for that.
