He explained everything to me in the manner that I can understand and answered all my questions.

I spoke to Sandra who very clearly described the product I was interested in .I have been dubious about funeral insurance because of what might be overpayment but because of your new promise guarantee of full payment of what you have paid puts my worry to rest
