Appalling, I would not recommend real insurance
The increases are appealing. When I contacted Real Insurance to review my policies you wouldn't. When I rang as a new customer to get a quote, I was quote up to half of what I was paying on some policies. What an absolute rort! I would not recommend real insurance to friends or family.

It took 4 phone calls to sort out the addition to the policy,and the amount to be paid, finally a lady rang and sorted out the problem in one phone call, the end result was that we got what we required at a reduced amount , very satisfied now, thank you.

Average price, a little cheaper depends on the amount you insure you home.
Good communication and helpful service, but you ask a lot of question which are not in line with other Insurance Companies, some of the questions are very direct and makes you feel like you are hiding information, But apart all that you are doing your job.
