The online process was easy to navigate. It had questions that suit if you are not moving into the house (other insurance companies don't). The quote was a lot cheaper than others as well. The only negative is that it is not a 24/7 service. We rang to ask a question and were told we would have to ring back during business hours.
We are buying a house in Qld and as per their law, as soon as you sign a contract, you have to take out insurance by 5pm the next business day. Other insurance companies don't seem to cater for people who aren't actually living in the house at the time. Their mandatory questions are which month did you move in? Real Insurance me our needs.

I had been looking about for a little while for House and Contents insurance before I decided on using Real Insurance. When I rang them to get some questions answered, the lady I spoke too was very helpful and sorted out my issues with ease.
