Originally great but policy was cancelled
After years of being a loyal customer I found Real had cancelled my house and contents policy. I had given permission to double charge if my account had insufficient funds. I'm sure I was notified by email, after switching to email, I just do better with a call or hard copy post for important issues like cancelling my policy. Now Real won't re-insure me....but will happily insure my second property.....

I have been a Real customer for several years now and like their service. However I think supportive customers should be offered the best rates, not just new on-line customers.
Real's staff are friendly and professional. However I was disappointed in the proposed increase in premiums over the previous year, even with no increases in the sum assured.
