I only wanted a quote and I was pushed and pushed and pushed to give my bank details even though three times I said I didn't want to give them... it was then the same to try and get a date out of me for the payment to be taken, even though again I said I only wanted a quote to compare... very very pushy and trying the hardshell... i am not impressed at all.

I asked for 2 policies - have only been issued one! Have contacted Real Insurance twice (by phone and email) and have had no response! Wish I had gone with your competitor now.

I had dealt with Real for my father in-law before and found them to be okay. My good experience was really down to the friendly service from Yagmur, if Real remains half as good as she was it will be twice as good as any of the others!
