One of the things that made our choice easier was the $100 gift cards and refund of 10% after on first year of premiums.

No better than any other supplier, and certainly no cheaper than my existing insurance.
They should be more honest in the way their advertising projects the service. Advertisements suggest that a quote can be obtained quickly via the website. This is not true - all that happens is a referral for a later phone call. Then, the phone call comes through at a possibly very inconvenient time, (in my case during work hours) and is prefaced with 'this will only take a few minutes' - which is totally incorrect and very misleading. I was on the phone for a very long time, incurring the wrath of my supervisor. The whole process only served to turn me away from Real insurance and their methods. There is no reason why your website cannot give a non-binding estimate of the cost of the insurance, to determine initial interest, which can then be followed up with the phone call. Additionally the caller should state that the call could last 20 minutes or longer. Don't forget my job is as important (some would say more so) than yours, and I am not in a position to deal with long-winded cold calls. Better to arrange a suitable time.
