To me, I gave this score because , although I have a funeral insurance, which I am going to cancel I thought that it wasn't enough for our children

Did not continue with the process
I was disappointed how I was re asked questions after I volunteered information about a surgery that had not been indicated in any of the questions I was given but I felt it best to disclose. I was Offended by the approach which made me feel like the member thought I was of less intelligence because she emphasised "do you understand?"
