It sounds good, no hassle of over complicated questionnaires. I think the premium is too high compared to other life insurers.

Need to send the policy via snail mail too, as not everyone can get to a printer in the home- it needs a password for access and Officeworks can not print. Otherwise great!
The service was great, the fellow on the phone was very easy to talk to and banter with.
