the consultant on the phone Lauren Bennett was very good at her job and pleasant to talk to. she made me feel comfortable answering questions regarding my policy, it is a pleasant change from the pressure sales pitch we come to expect these days

The gentleman who assisted me with my policy was interactive , friendly so helpful, knowledgeable, made everything enjoyable ( having a laugh and bit of fun ) he is a real asset to your company. P.s as I am self employed and previously owned and managed big business, staff up to 50 , I don't give credit or reference lightly. And I do not know him.
