I like the policy, this is the only reason for purchase
customer service was very poor. It was clear that the consultant was either bored, hated his job or something. I understand that in such an industry there are a lot of regulations about what is needed to be said and what answers are required from the client but you can still be nice and friendly while doing this. If I didn't need the cover I would have gone somewhere else just out of principle even if the policy was dearer, and I may still look elsewhere

The policy sounds good. There seems to be a lot of focus on reasons that the policy will not be paid out for. It is a little confusing and I am concerned that in the case of my death 'real insurance' will try to find anyway that they can to not pay the policy.
The service was great however I, I felt a little rushed into making a decision.
