Policy was explained and seemed good.
They followed up things well, this part of the service was good and the lady I dealt with was good. I was disappointed with not receiving $100 gift card that was promised as part of activating policy.

Jessica was amazing!! She was very professional and patient. She did not make me feel like I wanted to hang up during our consultation. Amazing customer service skills, communication clear and precise and overall a 5star worker!! A bonus would be perfect for this worker.. My current provider was able to provide the same cover for less.
The service was good in respect to a quick response etc. The customer service rep knew the product and was able to provide the information I requested. HOWEVER, I felt pressured into taking out the cover. Despite saying two or three times I was not ready to take it out and that I didn't want the cover until my current policy expired in May/June 2018, she pushed me into setting the policy up. I have now done further investigation into other options and I will be cancelling the policy with Real Insurance.
