The guy I spoke to was lovely and helpful. Just annoyed when I requested a call back for my partner to get a quote that night & it didn’t happen. Then the following day I had 6 missed calls (no voice message left). I’m sorry but you called me during work how’s and I wasn’t available to answer but comeon 6 times is a little excessive! Common sense should have told you to call me back around the same time I called the night before to successfully get me!

Standard in comparison to same products with other companies.
The phone representative had great customer service skills, establishing a good rapport throughout the call. However, the number of attempts to contact me during the day to complete my enquiry. seemed rather excessive - a maximum number of attempts should be established per day eg:; 3-4 others try the next day.

Like product and services within.
After ringing trying to get a quote the guy kept over quoting me. I knew I wanted to go with your company but not knowing anything he could if helpedniut a bit more and stop saying oh sorry we’ll let’s do this and that will bring the quote down

Slightly more expensive than Life Indurance with Hesta but service was better so I went with this option for now.
The phone call took 20 minutes. Too long.
