It wasn't what we wanted in a policy.
When you offer a "quote" online but only take all of the information to say someone will call, that person should offer a quote, not badger a person into signing up to a policy they haven't reviewed in writing yet.

I'm a bloke that has never thought about insurance of any kind except for my cars and home............. for a lady that answered the phone in such a welcoming voice I was sold pretty much in the first few minutes, from her sense of humour to her professionalism in the business that she works for. thanks for making it very easy to cover myself in terms of life insurance
