because i'm paying for cover i have no idea about because Real have not emailed me anything. disgusting.
The service was fine, but i was signed up and told i would receive and email with information about my cover and have not received anything but Real have taken money out of my account. not really happy about that.. makes me want to call up and cancel because i have no idea what i'm really paying for.. disappointing.

The price was higher for lesser amount insured but other conditions are better.
I received a quick reply when I requested a quote on line. Although the price was higher than another insurance company, the customer insurance personnel was reassuring, polite and spoke with a smile which made me decide to go ahead with it.
