Frustrated encounter

First person I spoke with didn’t seem to have a clue with what they were doing and was very confusing, so I hung up on her. I rang back and got a bloke who was constantly clearing his throat, which was a bit off putting. And I had to repeat myself on many occasions due to his constant throat clearing.
Please refer to feedback as it should have been a lot better and was very frustrating
