It was done online to get better quote as there is no loyalty for just renewing with you. Why pay more for same thing. Shouldn’t have to do this every year should just be best and cheapest price.

the price is fair and was giving options to people buying the car insurance ie drive as you go
The online service is straight forward. I was able to have a quote and have my insurance in a few straight forward questions. The best thing is when I print out the certificate of insurance , they provide the clients with 14 days cooling off. that is very helpful and it gives the client to review and determine if the insurance he needed is being served to him.
