To expensive for what you get
The sales person was really good it was only when I rang back to cancel it I was very disapppinted to start with they switched me over to that department, was hold for a little while then they said they will call me back 5- 10 mins 40 mins later I had to call them again then got a very rude lady who wouldn’t take no as a answer. I was going to wait a couple of months and purchase the income protection but not now lost me as a customer

Great explanation of coverage.
Very thorough with explanation of what's included. Good benefits with the Funeral Insurance. May be slightly more expensive but better pay outs. Lets see when it comes to the crunch.

Made it really simply. Package was set up and completed in about 15 mins. Custer service representative was clear and to the point. All the documents arrived in the post in only 3 days. Would happily recommend to others

Yhe cusyomet service wa vety good. I changef my commencement faye snd smount of covet srbetsl tomes × they werr veru undertanding that I also got 10% refund in the 1st year eith real on premiums paid. and they also increased my gift voucher to $100 instead of $75, to keep me from changing my Funeral Insurance to Australian Seniors Insurance. In summary they explained all the extra benefits I would have with them compared with other Funeral Insurance Companies.

From what I understand from the phone conversation it covers everything I need it to and even package deals my daughter into a cover as well
The customer service operator was very knowledgeable about the products she was offering. She went through everything in a timely manner.
