The agent who called me had such a condescending attitude and had trouble reading her script. It was such a painful experience listening to her read. Please ensure you hire agents who have proper reading skills. I was actually quite happy to be declined as i can now look for another company who i can have a real conversation with who will listen to my needs.

It was a great package at a reasonably low price.
I thought they were very friendly, professional & reassuring. They explained everything thoroughly & politely. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The lady I spoke to had a great sense of humour also.
