I didn't compare it with any other insurer providing pay as you drive, but I was happy with the premium.
Simple and easy process to obtain car insurance online. Pay as you drive option not available with previous insurer, and the premium was very reasonable.

I rang up to change my address. A previous change from interstate had not been actioned. On 2 occasions I was told someone from real would call me. Each time I had to call them.

As mentioned earlier, service was great and the product suits my lifestyle as there is a lot of time I cannot use the car.
I don't remember who I spoke to but hopefully you can find that out. She was one of the most polite people I have ever spoken too, the whole experience was clear and easy. Very good service.

They tried to help me but couldnt do anything about my policy cause of ur terms&condition
