Delighted with the Customer Service, would have been good if having 2 other cars already insured with them might have made a difference in the 3rd car being insured. Plus would like to maybe use for other insurance areas, but doesn’t affect cost no matter how many things you have insured with them.
Customer Service was great. Dealt with 3 different people, the initial set up of car insurance and then some extra enquiries after. Didn’t go to plan what was requested, but the super nice lady was all over it and sorted the urgent matter straight away.

Because the payment was not processed, I had to call, then to be told it would be taken on the day of commencement. If I had been emailed that, I wouldn't have had the stress and then having to call and waste your staff time. Then when the payment hit my credit card, I was not even sent an email or a receipt to confirm. Again, I was worried about the policy being valid. I now know it is, but it all could have been avoided.
I'm not impressed that I was not sent/emailed a receipt for the payment.

I originally phoned just to change the vehicle insured only to be told the premium would cost more since it wasn’t a new policy purchased online. It was cheaper and easier to cancel the existing policy and start a new one online myself. Obviously there is little to no interest in looking after existing customers which is highly disappointing.
